Supporting Nonprofit Teams
Nonprofits often bring employees, volunteers, speakers, consultants, and other professionals to Louisville. We offer discounted accommodations, when available, to qualifying nonprofit organizations and their staff traveling for mission-related work.
Whether the visit involves an event, training, outreach, an extended project, or a temporary assignment, our goal is to provide comfortable accommodations while helping organizations keep more resources focused on their mission.

Boys & Girls Club of Kentuckiana
For a 2026 fundraising event, TRBS helped the Boys & Girls Club assemble a premium Louisville experience featuring a seven-day stay alongside bourbon, dining, entertainment, transportation, and other local experiences.
With support from Louisville businesses and community partners, the package created a distinctive auction opportunity benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs and their work with young people and families.
World Affairs Council
TRBS proudly supports the World Affairs Council and its work connecting Kentucky with people, cultures, and ideas from around the world. Hosting delegations from Senegal and Egypt, TRBS connected Louisville residents to relationships and opportunities abroad.

300 for 300
TRBS supported 300 for 300’s Summer Intensive by offering the organization a reduced rental rate for its youth programming. We also funded and partnered with a set designer to transform the loft into a welcoming youth writing oasis, creating a fun, inspiring environment for creativity, reflection, and connection.
Kentucky 4H Foundation
We proudly support the Kentucky 4-H Foundation through hosting staff, welcoming VIP donors for Kentucky Derby experiences, and donating art and premium bourbon to support fundraising efforts and opportunities for Kentucky’s next generation.
